pikemen-line type unit still fishing during winter?

hey guys, i heard pikemen should stop fishing during winter, but why hoplite in olympus they keep fishing even during winter?, well i'm not actually complaining, i just ask this is feature exclusive to olympus, or just a bug?

its one of pikemens (and ninjas) strong point that they generate gold in wintertimes, and the point why norseland winters are more gold juggling (because you got no such unit there)
