Shield Shop not spawning (Norselands)

had been able to get them to show up right after the farmer's shop, but even with open space on the opposite side it doesn't show up, the castle is upgraded to the point where the shields should've been available, but it still forces me to expand to a 3rd wall just to get the building up. Making one side's 2nd wall completely empty of shops.

yeah they promised a better game calcultaion for workshop spawning in the 2.0 patchnotes, havnt recogniced anything in that regard, more the opposite. got a run where i got more than one complete screen of open space, but needed to free up another half screen and 2 more walls until i seen a catapult shop (wasnt a norseland run)

The hoplites' spear shop shows up normally on CoO, which is kind of the equivelent to the shields shop wise.. at least on the order you usually get them, so they do have a template for that to work with.

This has been an issue since they released Norselands... I think it's *slightly* improved but I still regularly get the bug where buildings will de-spawn and never come back and it leaves screens of empty space.

I've sent in saves and screenshots to their support and I just get "We'll look into it" responses.
