Add the Fanum Tax

New characters: Kai Cenat and Fanum. Kai Cenat would spawn in entrance zone, in the cafeteria (new place) and if the player playing kai cenat gets food, there's a 50% chacne he gets fanum taxed and loses all of his food and gets pissed. When Kai gets pissed, he goes angry rage mode and gains the ability to rip every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in half and eat them (he's hungry becauseh e didn't get to eat beacuas efanum stole all of his food).

Fanum: fanum would steal candy, pills, and food from people and is unkillable. When he takes his tax, he uses them and gains a speedboost that is permanent. Fanum has to run away from Kai cenat because kai cenat's goal is to kill and consume Fanum, so this speedboost is very good. The speedboost is an additive 10% per stolen item.

If a civilian class gets fanum taxed, they get the hunger debuff, it takes them 500% longer to pick up items cuz they're weak because they don't have any food and are weak because they have no proteien. Every action in the game takes about 100% longer, and if they're suepr hungrt they can't run, their movement speed is halfed, and they get really really hangry, so they do 1000000% more damage per hit. if they shoot with ugns they can't control the recoil cuz theyr'e so weak from no food or protien cuz they got fanum taxed. But if order door dash this debuff goes away. They don't spawn with phones, so they have to make it by putting a MP7 and Logicer on rough to make one. Using this phone they can call door dash guy driver (who is reusing chaos car asset) to drop off the food of the player's choice ayt old chaos spawn (renamed to door dash spawn).

Door Dash food options: you can order cola scp cola uh evil candy and also all the players who are hungry have the same effect that halloween purple candy gave you where you're super hungry and eat fast. you can also order yummy burger, can i haz chezbuerger, anything off of kai cenat's stream (if they're streaming currently with food) uh and also they can order off of the foundation's menu, because they have a cafeteria.

Guns are removed, and only civilan classes can spawn. If Kai Cenat kills all the civilian classes, he wins.
