I’m talking about SCP concepts. New SCPs something you’d want to see on the wiki not a suggestion for the game(otherwise it wouldn’t be in off topic)

An old man connected with this stick that puts life into anything it touches. It makes plants grow and seeds sprout. if the old man lets go of said stick, then he's dead. some say he's the opposite of 4999. Some says he's god. All the SCP foundation want to know is if it's safe to let it be free.

I'm trying to make a Reality Bender of unknown magnitude and power, who at first has the power of being able to create entire micronations, microstates, countries, nations, and the like. Though, at the end, it turns out that he doesn't actually create them, but rather inadvertently convinces a person out in the world to found them, usually on already existing ground owned by other countries. These areas founded are almost always micronations, countries not officially recognized by the UN.
Trying to figure out how to write it properly, I got the basics down, but I don't know how to write it properly.
