Adding Thaumiel SCP to MTF spawn?

We currently have enough ideas for SCPs. Thaumiel SCP is a friendly to humans, so it will be Blacklisted, I believe.

Every time the MTF spawn, there's a 5% chance one of them would be a Thaumiel SCP that would basically counterract SCP's. Don't know which Thaumiel would use, though.

They are objects that would NOT be given to random personel trying to contain a breakout.

What about just speicel units special like a juggernaut or a unit that uses a flamethrower ( H.I.D reskin )
