Change flashbang explosion sound

Right now flashbangs sound very quiet, not like actual flashbangs at all. With the addition of a new status effect called "deafened", flashbangs make even less sense since there is no way this explosion can deafen someone.

So, I suggest changing explosion sound to something much more terrifying, something which will fit the whole purpose of flash grenades - to cause panic in enemy's lines.

Here's a good representation of how flashbang should actually sound, and it will be really cool to hear similar buzzing explosion from the game's flashbang.
