P.S.S: I want to veiw the admin menu in my own IP (non-rented) server, cause I never will see it, and it didn't give me an admin pass even though I made the server.

Well, I was also thinking 049 could have a signifigant debuff towards him talking, such as it being very distorded and deep that humans would make out some words but not others, and there could be a item to translate 049's distorded, deep gibberish into another humans voice, but I do see your point B.S.

Honestly, i would like the plague doctor to be able to speak, but with only by pressing inventory and previously set sentences are there, like "I can sense the plague in you, let me cure your infection!" and things like that. Since IRL the doc wouldn't be able to say "Hey D-boiz whazz up?" but a set amount of speech would be cool.

Yeah, that sounds a lot better than my first thought. I forgot about the whole free will thing and passivizing characters like... that.

i wouldent mind some preset phrases like that. add a little more immersion when you hear "i can sense the plague on you" and you turn around and hes walking straight twords you

maybe use this voice cause it seems i wouldent say that its "canon" but most people use that voice for 049

939 just sucks in general. hard to bite people (you literally have to be standing in them) and most of the time 939 doesnt even speak (players)
