[Suggestion] Helping SCP-079 and SCP-682 escape as an end-game for the SCP's
At the moment SCP: Secret Laboratory has a limited end game, it's just endless NTF or CI respawns until either the humans launch the nuke, or the round timer ends, or all SCP's die. I suggest, some kind of way for the SCP's to force an end-game countdown that affects the surface areas aswell.

The nuke is scary as an SCP, because you have to run back to turn it off or freak out trapped down below if you can't..., but what if the SCP's could help SCP-079 and SCP-682 escape, and this causes the human forces to try and slow down their escape. Kinda like an SCP version of a nuke countdown.

It's a thought, for those of you unfamiliar with these SCP's here is some links...

It would be a great addition to the meta. I am not suggesting people play as these SCP's, but that they are NPC's in the game. Or something, anything would be welcome.

SCP-682 has been blacklisted. Even if it's just for the story, why would SCPs devote time and resources to breaking out...nothing?

Lore wise 079 wants to work with 682, but it's not quite explained, why? and since 079 will be a playable SCP at some point, I don't understand why these developers completely blacklisted him.
He doesn't have to be playable to be useful. And, from my understanding, most SCP's do work together when they can since many of them hate the foundation.

I meant in-game. Yes, lore wise 079 wants to partner with 682 because then he can prolong his reign over the facility. But in-game, why would a player devote time to escaping an SCP that doesn't do anything?

Because the idea was that if 682 escapes, then the round/match ends, and the SCP's win. It would be the SCP version of a nuke. So when NTF spawn, they need to make sure that 682 stays in his containment chamber, because if he get's out, it's over for everyone except SCPs. That's the general idea.
It's a very interesting Idea. I think it could have its ups and downs, so I guess it's up to the devs. Good thought about not prolonging the game though.

What could happen is instead of having an NPC 682 you could have it to once a while 079 will be given a small oppertunity to hack 682's contanment room, though the containment room can't be found or seen by 079 or anyone else a small box on 079's screen will say ''hack scp 682's cell'' which then once clicked a alarm like the nuke will go off but it will say instead ''scp 682's contament cell is being opened by 079 all NTF and MTF units disable 079's control or terminate him under 90 seconds'' which then the survivors will need to find the control room in heavy containment and turn the control off or kill 079 if 682's cell opens then another message will be played ''682 has escaped containment and is heading for the surface all remaining personal evacuate to the helicopters and all remaining NTF and MTF units return to the surface and recontain 682'' then the round will end their though note 682 never appears in game you will only hear his roars outside in the distance if he escape

So if 682 escapes then it's game over. That's a fun idea. Although I think that it should just be terminate, not disable because it's a superintelligent AI and they don't know if that'll be enough.

i love this idea, but i think during this whole ordeal 682 shouldn't be visible like in CB. i like the mystery of what he truly looks like. instead, we should only hear his roars and movements like the gate B ending in CB.
