Report a translation problem
This voice chat btw is based on distance so the closer you are to a player they will hear you better vs far away. Only voice chat that will sound the same, regardless of distance, is SCP voice chat (For the whole team and that team only), radio (which costs battery life on them so it's limited time), and the intercom which has a cooldown depending on the server settings.
if neither work, go to your computer's audio settings and select your microphone as the main input, if that doesn't work then install new audio drives
if all else fails, resort to head bobbing and jumping as non verbal communication
