Game Takes forever to load (To the point where i can't even spawn in the first part of the round)

Picked this game back up after a few months and am having a mountain of issues with it, most of which never occurred back when i played this game more. The game takes a long time to load into servers and into the game itself, and most of the time when the round restarts i can't even spawn in the first wave because my loading is so slow. Sometimes the game just shows a black screen and nothing else when i load into servers. Sometimes the servers just fail to show up on the list and instead just show some error prompting me to restart the entire game and wait for it to load back again. And from time to time the game just crashes all together. And its not like I have a bad PC, it can run games much bigger than this like a breeze. this game is seriously the only game i'm having serious issues with. Its such a struggle to actually play or even get into the game.
