FIX THE SURFACE ZONE LAG ALREADY

This happens randomly but often enough to be more than noticeable. Across all servers, and happens maybe 1 in 5 games, but can happen any time.
Basically when running out to surface zone there will be a ton of rubber banding on various areas but generally at the ramp before the exit doors.
This can be extremely detrimental, just now I lost a game for rubber banding at the gate on cola while two zombies double teamed me, so I have to ask the devs to fix this already. This never happens anywhere else on the map but surface. There has to be something there that needs to be fixed because it's not just internet, once you get past Gate B there's a trigger that just rubber bands you. This has been going on ever since the Scopophobia update.
