zap hosting server not working help

im sorry for asking but i've tried asking them for help with it about this but could not fix it with them so im just asking here in case anyone knows how to fix it

whats the problem? the problem is when my server's offline and when i try to start it up it takes time loading like starting up and then just goes offline. with not telling me anything worng with it and the live console doesent show anything aswell so if anyone can help that be great if not have a good day or night!

Zap hosting is known to have problems with the game. It will be better if you host your server using other services.

what other services are there bc that's the only one i could find?

Any server that can host Linux will work.

do you know how to fix the problem with zap hosting bc i've already paid for it and don't really want to pay more money for another server?.

As far as I know, it's their servers having problems that cause the game fails to work. You can try setting up the server from scratch again.

what do you mean by scratch?

Start from scratch. It means do the whole thing again.

No. Just reset everything and setup the SCP program again on your zap hosting server.
