Lag spikes very often and kicked from server

Every 10-60 seconds I'll get a lag spike. Then, around 5-6 minutes into the game, I'll get kicked, with the banned by admin message popping up. I'm not banned, and sometimes it happens with no admin on the server. No error message in console, and my internet isn't bad, I get 6-20 ms when not in a lagspike, but when in one it goes to upwards of 700 ms. I've followed the guides that say to restart steam/computer, delete SCPSL, validate chache, but nothing has worked so far.

This is an internet problem but this can be a server-side issue. Can you try other servers?

It was originally just one server, but now it's basically any server I join. I don't think it's a internet connection issue, my internet is muy bueno, 1 GB in 1 minute. Everything worked fine, but then I updated my raedon to the latest drivers, and since then it's been lagging more often. That might be related to the issue as well.

AMD Radeon RX 580 Series. Update 20.1.2 is my latest, but I could update to 20.1.3

im having the same problem but on a vps, the vps has good specs for a server, more than enough, i was told to reinstall the server but it still lags

Game lag has nothing to do with servers unless you have poorly written plugins installed for your server.
