Slow player movement

I'm getting this problem where my walking and running speed are greatly reduced regardless of player class. The problem exists offline too whenever I create a game to test the problem and also the tutorial missions. Movement feels like wading through treacle, I even jump slowly too and I think reload animaions are slowed down. I had the problem when I first installed, it went away the day after but now it's back.

Do other players also move slow?

it seems like you're having FPS problems with the game. Try adjusting the settings and updating your drivers.

May I ask, what GPU and CPU do you have?

The problem seems to gone at the moment without touching settings or drivers. Very strange.

Other players weren't affected, their walking, jumping animations etc looked perfectly normal and without lag while the problem took effect. As far as FPS, the framerate itself was still smooth the whole time for what it's worth, there was no chopping or anything like that.

My specs are quite old but since it does run well when it wants to I would doubt it as the cause of the problem.

The problem is back now. Worked fine from Tuesday to yesterday.

I might have managed to resolve the problem by disabling a few startup processes and services. If this helps anyone, the processes I disabled are next to the cleared checkboxes:

Im also having this problem, im walking, shooting and jumping very very slowly compared to other players, i have 1st gen i7, 8gb ddr4 and R 380, im running game fine but its like slow mo. This is my second computer, it runs on my another amd computer fine (except very poor framerate so i have to turn light rendering off) My windows7 is very clean, dont have any ♥♥♥♥ running on it, and all the drivers are in place, im playing PUBG just fine at 70fps medium.

i knowe in the 14.0 problem it started hapaning and yesterday i update my drivers but then they updated the game agein boom slow player movment is back

not played in ages but iirc restarting the system worked reliably whenever the problem was back

I had the same problem 2 weeks ago
I just turned off vsync and set it to minimum settings and set it to unlimited fps
