How do I get a server on the server list?

Hi
I was messing around with the LocalAdmin and decided "hey, I should start a public server
so I did the local admin stuff, port forwarded and everything and everything is working ay-okay.
all I have to do now is get it on the server list and I would like to know how.

Send a mail to "[e-mail] with the following information:
- Screenshot of your server console displaying your IP.
- Write the IP in the mail.
After around 24 hours your server will get verified.
