If they're hinting at a new SCP, they should really hold off on it until the ones we have currently are in a better state. Considering the fact they want lesser known SCPs (aka less series one), I believe it will be a rework... perhaps to an SCP object...

While that would be interesting, I doubt it's 244 lmao. While 244 has half of its article unimplmented in game, it's in a pretty good spot. They also wouldn't keep it in a wooden box, it would leak out. It's more likely pertaining to AA or Site-45.

Maybe it's 439, that would be something the AA would have to deal with. It was also a very well received suggestion on the Discord (even I upvoted it lol). It could also be 466, though I doubt it'll be playable. Hell, it could be 035, though I'm expecting that the least.

Also, maybe related or not, but our forums background is now different. Wonder if this could be another hint lol

If they're actually teasing a new SCP before improving the current ones, that'd be a new low. They literally just added a broken SCP item (while still having a bunch of other SCP items to improve) and have at least 2 SCPs to rework and 096 to replace... and 2 zones to replace. It'd be very silly to add new stuff instead of refining and improving the crude stuff we already have.

Before anyone replies to this, know that just because they can work at multiple things at once does not change anything I have said.

Well yeah... but a man can dream. 244 isn't all too great when it does a lot but only one of those things is useful at all (the line of sight obfuscation) even if it does that one thing well

I doubt the brand new, never before seen, award winning, innovative, secret new playable would fit in a crate of that size.

Say, it would be nice if you sent a link of that SCP-439 suggestion you mentioned. Because i honestly don't really see how they could add SCP-439. And also because i'm kinda curious.

There's not much i can really decern from this image other then the words and face on the wall. Perhaps someone could brighten up the image to see if there's anything hiding in the background.

But one thing i did notice is that the wet floor sign and one of the packages on the big crate are tilted in an odd angle, almost as if the objects are being lifted by an unseen force, and the big crates look like there hovering slightly off the ground. Which leads me to believe that this might be SCP-128 at play here. And if this is the case, then it will either be a new playable SCP, or an AI controlled SCP which would be the more likely option if it were to be added. But it probably isn't SCP-128, because i really don't see that SCP getting added.

Ok so the peeps over at the discord can't quite agree on what the SCP is, but they did get a clearer image of that drawing in the background, and combined it with the Nuke room's wall painting to figure out what the symbols mean.

Moral of the story is, they are sweaty, basement dwelling nerds (like that's a surprise), because they figured out a lot of what symbols are what letters (yes, it's an alphabet)
