Report a translation problem
Light armour makes them look how they've been revealed. They're casual, responding to something they don't really have the capability of preventing.
Combat armour could make them look more tactical. They're not on the level that the MTF are at, but they're near there.
Heavy armour should make them look ready for riot response. Riot visors, padding galore, et cetera.
