You can make SCP-207 with a flash bang on Very Fine in 914

So if you get armory access, you can make 3 cokes instantly. Its pretty nuts and I don't think it is intended, but abuse it while you can.

it is true that it is a guaranteed upgrade. also remember flashlights on very fine are nearly guaranteed flashbangs, and you can downgrade grenades into flashbangs as well.

Someone made a guide recently on 914 recipes. It is a chance so either you lose the flash grenade or get 207.
