How to survive being pounced by the dog SCP

So, apparently I found out by accident that adrenaline will cause the player to survive a pounce attack. I was with chaos and we went to the lift. I took the shot and got pounced on by the dog like SCP. I survived. And made sure to back up right away when I got pounced on.

What I don't know is how much extra health I had exactly when I got pounced. I ended up with 11HP. If you think the dog SCP might be behind a door, try taking a shot of adrenaline and opening it. Just keep in mind he'll be chasing you if you don't have backup.

Yeah the lunge only deals about 120 damage so majority if not all sources of AHP will save you

Best way to survive though is to have your teammates go first though
