'cuz he's just a boring anime swordsman. It'd be another 096 issue where you can't balance him and make him fun w/out completely disregarding the article. His main defining trait is that he's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fast, and that would be absolute cancer to fight against.

Probably the part where he can summon unlimited dark shadow blades from nowhere and is immune to basically everything and is the best warrior ever and needs a nuke just to temporarily disable him because he has regenerative immortality and how he can solo half the scpverse if he wanted to and he only really craves death and suffering of others.

Personally, I think it's because he'd be OP and a bit difficult to distinguish from humans at a distance

ok and most of the SCPS lore wise are op as hell and probably why they won't add it is because they probably want more less known SCPS in the game to add variety
