i think so but only through hacking. but due to how sl works with every server having their own dev team hackers are rare.

no point really, its why most major games dont IP ban anymore. especially cause you can change your IP to those of other people in the game and stuff.

Maybe stop Mass-Team killing and using alt-accounts to bypass accumulated warns/bans and you wouldn't have problems.

Not everyone knows how to use VPN or wants to pay for it. So, IP is still an option.
