The worst part is they don't even go all out on the 096 design philosophy of "weak as f#ck in docile,powerful as f#ck in rage" it sort of had.
They just keep making rage more vulnerable and less powerful and docile less vulnerable and more powerful. You had atleast a window of time to attack it in docile, even if it was only like 8 seconds. Now it can just go into rage nearly instantly the moment the animation ends.
Arguably 096 was at its best when the first iteration of the rework came out. I remember playing it and having fun mowing down people in rage, but being terrified for my f#cking life in docile with just a slither of health left. I think they should capitalize in those two polar opposite feelings more.
