Groups of Interest in a nutshell
SCP Foundation: A governmental facility that contains and researches anomalous items and people to understand them.

Chaos Insurgency: A group originally made by the O5s to do the dirty work for them. They rebelled, stole some things and sometimes raid the facilities.

Dr Wondertainment: A group/person that make and sell anomalous items for entertainment purposes (like Willy Wonka)

The Black Queen: The daughter of Dr Charles Gears. Plans to unite her family with the help of other versions of her from different universes.

Gamers against Weed: A group originally part of Are We Cool Yet? they create anomalous items mainly for amusement. Basically, this fandom but Omnipotent.

Are We Cool Yet?: A group that create anomalous art pieces.

Church Of The Broken God: A religion worshipping and reconstructing an ancient god (called MEKHANE). The main leader is called Robert Bumaro. They usually invade the Foundation to retrieve SCPs that are supposed to be parts of MEKHANE.

Marshall, Carter & Dark LTD.: A high-class black market run by 3 people (guess who). They really hold no grudge against anyone, as long as they get paid. However, the Serpent's hand seems to be their main concern

The Serpent's Hand: An activist group against containing and using humanoid creatures. Usually hold talks with the Foundation about certain humanoid SCPs.

The Factory: An SCP-001 proposal. Yep that's it. Seriously, we know nothing about them.

The Manna Chartible Foundation: A group that caters towards those in distress (i.e survivors of a natural disaster).

Global Occult Coalition: "I need a missile to clobbah dat de SCP!". Openly, try to terminate SCPs or other anomalous objects. In short, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s.

Gru Division "P": *Insert communist theme here*. Yeah, communists who want more communism.

Anderson Robotics: A company that builds robots.

Nobody: Someone. They do something: good and bad. Nobody knows.

Unusual Incidents Unit: The FBI of anomalies.

Sarkic Cults: Church of The Broken God but instead of metal it's flesh. Their god is also called Yaldaboath.

To be edited later on...

The Factory isn't just a 001 proposal (Though that story is my personal favorite SCP-001)

The Factory is a company that mass produces products that have anomalous, usually archaic properties. They also seem to possess a rivalry with Wondertainment.

Unusual Incidents Unit: The FBI of anomalies.

Thats honestly a very generous statement.
The Unusual Incidents Unit is a division of the FBI, yes, but the UIU is established to be EXTREMELY lacking in resources, and usually only deals with low to moderate threat anomalies.

The GOC is much more complicated than that. They usually only destroy items if they prove to be a danger to human life and/or Normalcy.

The Foundation is NOT a government agency. They are a NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION.

The Black Queen also wants to destroy the Foundation because Gears left her so that he could join the Foundation.

Gamers Against Weed are not omnipotent, but still have anomalous abilities. Also if I remember correctly they usually make anomalous ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, rarely making actual physical anomalous objects.

Are We Cool Yet? is an avant-garde art movement that is basically full of hipsters.

The Serpent's Hand has never held a talk with the Foundation, and usually either hides from them or actively tries to stop them.

GRU Division "P" was a Soviet agency that rivaled the UIU back during the Cold War (back then the UIU's resources were actually good.) GRU-P was actually DISBANDED after the Cold War.

Honestly it seems like you wrote this after doing 10 total minutes of research on all of these GoI.

Seems a certain commenter is full of salt and doesn't know what 'in a nutshell' means.

Ok yeah but they were so simplified that they just were bad descriptions.

Honestly those last few nitpicks were probably just me looking for something to be salty about.
