173 and 096 can be countered by just being outside with lots of people, kill 096 and 173 won't be able to do anything anymore

I like the new teleport range from what I've seen, now people have to actually respect peanut when they're in a room together, as it won't be as easy as casually taking 3 steps back to avoid em.. Also the fact that he can teleport in a vertical direction as well means he can make looping using stairs and elevated positions a bit more difficult. It makes nut actually useful at Gate B on surface by pressuring anyone on the ledge in front of the elevator to either get in the elevator, run back towards spawn, or jump off the ledge into the rest of the SCPs. That makes the SCPs have just a little bit more breathing room on surface should they decide to go there.

No it isn't. Moving around erratically when facing him is a pretty viable option and it's saved my life multiple times.
