I know he is blacklisted but why he has a use. Project able on the foundation site was when the foundation tried to use able as a mtf uniy, thus ultimately was an colossal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fail. Able could be a late game spawn for ntf (though he was not in the specific unit) when the scps are really draging the game and he should not be friendly with chaos

That's simply too much. SCP-076 is too strong in many regards and is just doesn't fit the simplicity aspect of the game. All the scps have a more simple and straightforward concept. That's probably one of the main reasons why in my eyes he'll never come to scp: sl

076 is more complex than 106, 173, 096, 939, 079 and 049. Knowing how the dev team is small and need to find a unique and fair balanced way to implement him will be harder than you're leading it to be. Besides they also have to improve 106 and 049 and have to remodel 096 which will come with the parts of the mega patch. He simply is a bit much to add and simply excessive compared to the simple cast of scps in game now

We should add Putin for a late spawn of NTF because Putin is not blacklisted.

- Putin will be immortal
- 10x human speed
- Spawns with AK-47
- Can instakill enemies with melee atack

He will Spawn when the SCPs are camping, so, he will kill all SCPs to finish the game.
