To the addressed personnel,

Due to your main research is focused upon SCP-106. It has come to my attention, as Head of the technological department, to address the main recontainment of SCP-106, Recall Protocol ██-████-██.

This letter will detail: what the protocol is, how it is achieved/function and in an event that this were to fail (with the only real cases of that happening were twice)

Recall Protocol ██-████-██ (now referred to as RP) involves major/complete destruction of femur or any other major tendon or bone. Naturally, this is only used on D-Class, as intended. The end result of RP is for SCP-106 to be lured back towards its holding cell and abduct the D-Class used (now referred to as Lure Victim).

RP and the breakage of the femur is conducted via an enhanced hydraulic press (commonly referred to as 'The Femur Breaker'). The setup of RP is listed below:

- Lure Subject is placed on Femur Breaker. With the femur or other major tendon placed at the 'impact' zone.

- Lights in containment area are turned off as well as electromagnetic supports.

- Site-wide audio projector is turned on (in the event of a power cut, audio projector is still powered by a backup generator)

- Personnel are to evacuate from containment chamber after all upper procedures are finished.

In the event of a failed RP, personnel are to alert all staff of the failure via site-wide intercom, engineers and mechanics are to cautiously examine failure in RP as the rest of the Site is placed into lockdown (with subsequent Nine-Tailed Fox units if RP isn't completed)

If in the event of SCP-106 exiting the facility the Site's High Intensity Discharge (HID) turret is to 'stun' SCP-106 and push it back into the facility and resume RP from thereon out.

With this information revised, take notice of how to properly maintain recontainment of SCP-106

Secure.
Contain.
Protect.
