What does SCP-500 do exactly?

I know it heals, but I'm wondering what the numbers are on it, and when I should consider using it rather than a medkit.

I know it gives an instant heal and then a regeneration effect, similar to how the adrenaline heals you over time, but I feel at times as if it gives a damage reduction. But I can't really confirm this, as when I do end up using it, it's when I don't have any other forms of healing.

It heals all your health and gets rid of the effects of 207 if your using it’s effects and then gives regeneration thats it

Maybe 500 has a regen similar to Adrenaline, the more damage you take the more it regens but I may be saying absolute bs

It heals all of your hp then gives you 100 hp over 10 seconds maybe it is exponential maybe it is 10hp/s idk, it is the best healing item in the game and not using it for a medkit is a joke. It takes shorter time to use, heals you to full where a medkit doesn't always, and gives double the painkillers regen.
