Both 939 SCP's can see all Humans on the surface at all times whether they are moving, standing still, silent or speaking, regardless of how far away they are.
It is a common tactic for SCP teams to send 939 to the surface just up-and-down in the elevator to quickly glance to see if any Humans are standing around AFK and / or in the Nuke Room, to then call Larry for assistance.
