Most likely the same as the NTF (Cadet, Lieutenant and Commander.) or something like Gamma, Beta and Alpha.

It is not planned yet, but devs are planning to replace logicer by Scar

I don't think it's going to be replaced, but instead another weapon. Perhaps it will be a replacement but I don't recall hearing that specifically.

Nope, they wanna make Chaos a little bit more "chaotic" than MTF. ;)

Nope. Chaos are Rebels, there is only 1 leader (that isn't fighting).

Still though, think that some chaos should be equipped with other weapons.

They do have ranks. Most seeming to be Beta Ranked. A common rank.
While a "Delta" Rank who will be commanding them. But mostly Beta Ranked.
