SCP-682 should not be scared of SCP-173 since he could easily kill it, he could just grab SCP-173 and smash him against the wall until he is dead. Its not that hard to break SCP-173, in a tale titled: 173 Decommissioned (I think thats what it wad called), a foundation operative killed SCP-173 with just a sledgehammer. In another tale titled: Anniversary, SCP-173 is visited by his creator but after he enters SCP-173's containment room he says he expected SCP-173 to be a reduced to a pile of rubble meaning SCP-173 was never built to be very durable.
Its also kind of weird how SCP-682 can survive bombings, concentrated acid ect. yet he is scared of a tall piece of concrete with feces on its butt that moves fast and just rubbs him very hard.
