Is 939 faster than humans now
His speed is now 7m/s, but I don’t know if humans got faster too.

I dont think so, because i was running from one on surface and even when shooting he couldnt get me and i dont think i used cola

939 speed was 6,5 m/s and he was as fast as humans, now he runs at 7m/s.

TDLR, 939 gets destroyed by anyone with a gun if they can backpeddle and is incredibly underpowered. But he was always the most UP SCP til the 096 bugs so yeah. 2.2k hp isn't a lot.
