Question, what does HID even stand for in the SL universe?
The Micro HID in SCP:SL and the HID Turret in SCP:CB are two very different objects that do very different things.

In SCP:CB, the HID Turret shoots high amounts of radiation and light against a rampant 106. The turret doesnt do much to people except give you some serious tumors.

In SCP:SL, the Micro HID discharges extreme amounts of electricity that kills EVERYTHING close to the Micros target

HID in the SCP:CB stands for "High Intensity Discharge", which if you were to connect the word "turret" again, you would get "High Intensity Discharge Turret"

"Micro High Intensity Discharge" doesnt make sense when you think about it, so HID has to stand for something else, so what does it stand for in SCP:SL?

There’s more than one type of high intensity discharge. High intensity discharge is actually a really vague term, so HID could apply to both as they might each be discharging different types of energy.
