Stealth?
So, people can hold C to walk stealthily, but does that prevent the SCPs from seeing you through walls, or at all?

For everyone else, they just won't be able to hear your footsteps

It's still really useful because half the time an SCP finds someone it's because they heard their footsteps nearby

As far as I'm aware, it's essentially standing still for 939, because he can't see you walking like tht unless he's close enough to you. So yes, it's like standing still when it comes to 939's vision.

939 cannot see you if you walk stealthily. Other SCP's (and enemy players) won't be able to tell that you are there because they can no longer hear your footsteps, which means that they might not search for you in the room that you are hiding in.

Also I should probably clarify that 939 is the ONLY SCP capable of seeing you through walls

For anything other than 939, all holding C does is make your footsteps silent, so that people and other SCP's won't hear you moving around.

However, 939's vision is entirely based on noises. If you walk, run, or talk, he can see you through walls and such. But, if you hold C or stand still and do not talk, he cannot see you at all, whether through a wall or if he's five feet infront of you.

no SCP can see you though walls unless you consider the dog SCP which is blind
