Also I should probably clarify that 939 is the ONLY SCP capable of seeing you through walls
However, 939's vision is entirely based on noises. If you walk, run, or talk, he can see you through walls and such. But, if you hold C or stand still and do not talk, he cannot see you at all, whether through a wall or if he's five feet infront of you.
For everyone else, they just won't be able to hear your footsteps
It's still really useful because half the time an SCP finds someone it's because they heard their footsteps nearby
