Proof it's MTF and not NTF.

I thought about this. Played containment breach again. Updated with a more aggresive doctor by the way.

So NTF is a unit of NINE MTF. NTF is a part of MTF.

There's NINE NTF. In groups in three in containment breach. Point is there's NINE. Key number. NTF=NINE tailed fox. Each person in the squad is a tail. It actually brings a kitsune to mind, which is a nine tailed fox (the animal) which froms a whole thing.

We have FIVE guards at the start of a match. FIVE. So unless the guards are poorly equiped NTF with four missing we can rule the guards out.

We then have who knows how many MTF. Could be up to 10 or more. Maybe not on the first spawn but you're going to get more then NINE at some point. If there's more then nine then it's not a NINE tailed fox unit. It doesn't live up to its name.

Furthermore the arrival of MTF is spoken out aload on speakers as they arrive. Not NTF. The only way more then nine NTF could work is if there's more NTF. But then that defeats the purpuse of being NTF. Due to nine.

This must mean the units in secret laboratory are MTF. While NTF is part of MTF having dealt with the events in the single player game. Which is either shared with this games universe or it's own seperate one. Even then in this game lore takes a backseat due to focusing much more on gameplay (due to the multiplayer side of things. Devs words, not mine). Whatever way you look at it though we got more then nine.

MTF Epsillon 11 is NTF btw. Also it is not nescessarily lore friendly and there could be other ways qto say theres more than nine in the first place

And the “Nine-Tailed Fox” doesn’t mean nine in a squad, it’s just a chosen code name. In the game, they roam around in groups of three, the name doesn’t represent anything to do with the battalion sized task force. (There is most likely a underlying meaning but that’s not the point.)

Its from Naruto. All NTFs have seen all Naruto episodes, thats how MTF Members get promoted

Actually it DOES mean nine MTF operators in the squad. It is stated by official foundation site...
