this game have a virus?
because a guy maked a review speaking that he had malware(i brazilian and my english is bad)

If he had malware it was from something else. Steam wouldn't allow malicious games on there store.

thousands are playing the game, no one has a virus, i've got one of the best antiviruses out there and it didn't detect anything, don't trust every bloke out there

I'm sure he got a virus but it wans't from this game. Probably went to some unsafe website at the same time he installed it or something.

It may or may not be, I do not understand how the administrator asked us to uninstall the "Avast" antivirus after adding it to the white list, and install Malware Byte ._. you are on error page 401. I am not sure whether to continue playing this or not

What administrator? I don't think anyone should be telling you to completely uninstall your antivirus for another. Avast seems to have problems with SCP:SL for some reason, but other antiviruses do not. Also Steam doesn't let malicious games on their platform.
