Sometimes a round can spawn a gun on four different locations on HCZ
SCP-378 chamber
Near Scp-173 chamber (risky)
Scp-012 Chamber
Toilet

Not all the locations have the pistol each one of them in a round.

I've heard someone mention that very rarely instead of a pistol you can get a mtf rifle spawn. I have never encountered this personally.

On 1 or 2 occsasions i have gotten a scorpian smg out of a filing cabinet in 378's chamber. Cant confirm if it was a server plugin or not.

I've heard people say they've gotten Logicers, Rifles, Medkits, grenades, etc from there... I assume it's a plugin, I've played for a while and have never seen anything like that.

I have looted a medkit before. Never a MTF or CI weapon though.
