Raise Max Player Count on Server?

I have looked through the discussions and the SMod and Multi Admin guides and I cannot find a command to raise the max player count. Is there a command I can use in the config or in-game?

The default is 20. The smod/multiadmin config variable should be 'max_players #'.

be wary, as the game gets really laggy and buggy past 20 players

its not a good idea to have more than 20 players in a server at once chat breaks the server crashes more often and performance suffers

Hey so follow up question: I am supposed to put in the config along with everything else 'max_players 60;'? How will I know if it worked (without bringing 20 people). The Discord Rich Presence still lists my server as 2 of 20.

its more of lack of stability over time (and the fact that voicechat breaks when you have more than 20 ppl

Voip breaking is remedied after the server restarts once, and we had no stability issues after 5 hours of playing.
