How to become an SCP
I have never become an SCP in my 3 hours of playtime, how does the SCP class work ? DO you have to be a patreon or something ???

It is a case of luck, in a game of 8 people there are 2 SCPs so that is a 25% chance. With 20 per say there are 4 SCPs which is a 20% chance. The people to play as the SCP are chosen at the round beggining regardless of patreon support. I guess you have just been unlucky :(

Well,173 and 096 are kinda boring to play with their drawbacks and its more fun to play as Scientist/D-boi anyways because of how creative you can be with surviving (escape with mates, sacrifice mates, camp gate....)

Luck does not exist. There is just no luck. It´s a generator that randomly picks "one".

Thats not at all how that works bud. It's just random that you get selected as an SCP but if you have no idea how the SCP you get chosen as works, then you should watch a few videos.

It isn't luck, actually, unless you are on a SMod server with a smart class picker. It is reliant on your computer speed, as the classes are decided by a series of numbers. In the config file, you can find this:

team_respawn_queue = 40143140314414041340;
0 stands for SCP
1 stands for MTF/Chaos
3 stands for Scientist
4 stands for D-Class

Basically, the first person to join will get D-Class, the second SCP, the third MTF and so on. If you are playing on the same server with the same people, it is likely that you are consistently getting the same numbers, as your computer speeds will determine who gets what, not RNG.

Took me 8hrs to first play as an SCP. You'll get lucky eventually

Playing as an scp isnt even fun, especially 173 or 096. But as many have told you before, its random.

Well computers are NOT good at randomness so you could just end up with being scp for so many times you'll want to get a break for few days from scps, but its rare probably
