How do you cause blackout with 079?
Do u have to press a buttton on keyboard? What do you press? Or is it only in certain rooms where does an icon you have to click (like activating the speaker systems)?

when you get to access 2 or 3, there should be a button on the center with a warning sign. If you press it all the doors close in that room and the whole room becomes dark. Peanut can then freely snap your neck, even if you hold a flashlight

Complete Facility blackout (LCZ/HCZ) happens when all 5 generators are activated and 079 starts to overcharge, that causes the blackout.

but if you mean the button where you can close and lock all doors in a certain room like in the HCZ causes a blackout for only that room too for a specific time

You need to get to level 2, and then in most of LCZ and HCZ rooms there should be little button with an exclamation mark.

Are those buttons only in HCZ AND LC? Do those buttons exist in EZ?

Those buttons are only in HCZ and LCZ.
