black screen when playing on multiplayer

dunno why but the screen goes black when we enter the game... we waited for about a good 15 min and its still the same..

You're suppose to type in an administrator password for those servers, if you have one - press 'M' or 'L' (not sure) during the blackscreen. I haven't had any luck either, tryna join servers now but either it takes ages to establish connection or I bump to another server that requires one of these passwords. Anyways hope it answers your question!

Got the same dumb problem.. First it said the server were full and after one dozen tries I really connected to any server.. But before I had could be happy.. BAAM!
A f*cking black screen that never went away.. I'm really done with this crap.. -.-

EDIT; I maybe just fixed the problem, mates! First I started the game in window mode & 1680x1050 resolution.. Then I joined a server. After I was connected it appears a black screen again.. I just pressed escape/ pause & just changed the resolution in 1920x1080 and fullscreen. After that the black screen dissappeared.
