what is Error finding region ????

yesterday no problems, today. i try to run the game and i get error finding region at the launghter... and game dos not load ... i need help to fix this.

Website, launcher seems broken and i can`t play having region error. Checked file integrity but not help at all.

Try restarting your network connection by disable/enable. And steam aswell.
