More Units Mod

Hey there, does anyone use the More Units mod?

I can get it to add the up to 12 units, but don't get the extra green squares to place heroes. They aren't hiding on a different part of the map. I've even tried clicking literally every tile on a few maps. I've gone to all the maps etc.
I am fairly clueless when it comes to modding so maybe there's something I'm missing that is right in front of my face.

Likely the issue lies with that mod being quite old and made before the DLC came out. They would need to update some stuff.

Hi, what you need to do to play with more units on any patrol, is just open the Encounters.txt file containing the data for that patrol, and modify the maxUnits parameter. Usually is in 6, or 9 in the special large patrols. The other thing you need to do in order to be able to place the required amount of units, is create/edit the deploy zones, or just one very big, its up to you. just remember you need to place the "pivot" of the deploy zone in the correct coordinate, its always the lowest and far right square, from there you count up to create more columns and to the left to create more rows. I just tested this on the last version of the game.

Where are in the file is the area that needs to be change? I also want to use this mod but does not work with the DLC?
