You need to supply more detail as to what you mean by that. "Friendly Fire" is a base game rule, if that's what you're referring to.
Again, I need details, what is happening in-game, are you using AI controls? AoE abilities? Etc
Gotcha.
First, I generally recommend playing the game manually, as AI controls are a “secondary feature” which were added in much later. They of course work, but they are far from perfect and may not always act how you want them to.
Second, if your unit’s AI determines that the good move is to “do a lot of damage at the cost of some of the AoE hitting a friendly”, they will do so — it is not expressly prohibited, as sometimes even players may make that tactical choice.
It's not an issue we've had reported before and a lot of players have used the AI feature.
Are you getting any weird behaviors from enemy units as well?
Otherwise, I admit I'm not sure what the issue could be and normally I'd ask for an error log, but, the error log wouldn't grab the reasons for the AI behavior normally, just errors.
Still, could be worth seeing if you have any error files in "My Documents\Fell Seal", just in case something extra weird is going on, but it's pretty unlikely.
