Achievement "Mysterious and Spooky"

Just curious if anyone knows when this encounter shows up at Restful Stones as I've patrolled there many times throughout my game and have never seen these Halloween themed enemies you're suppose to defeat to gain achievement and I'm almost finished the 4th area/territory now.....is there a specific triggering mission, hunt, or episode and if so which one?

"Mysterious and Spooky"
Complete the Halloween encounter.
You'll find this optional achievement at the "Restful Stones" location.

I don't remember exactly when, but it's not a patrol. When you've advanced further in the story and re-visit the location, it will automatically trigger the special encounter. If you go to the location on the world map and nothing happens, then you aren't far enough in the game yet.

Cool, just checked that out and learned it will trigger finally after about 2 or 3 story encounter missions from where I currently am on 4th pilgramage.......I have been able to obtain 100% achievements up till this point and just wanted to make sure I didn't miss that Halloween one somehow already......so thanks for info ;)

Really loving the game, has all the things I loved about Final Fantasy Tactics and almost none of the stuff I disliked about it too.....hopefully a sequel is in the works

I had that encounter show up now......it happens once you have been to Port Grendel and then revisit it after you win you're first battle in the last area at Bardvig Aquaduct then you can return and overhear some gossip in the Guild which tells you about some meeting of spooky characters in the graveyard. Once you return to the map the Restful Stones spot is now red signifying a battle there......win the battle and you have the achievement among other things ;)
