Those other games are "similar" in the fact that they're in the overarching genre of "turn based tactics", however, the scale is much different: with those being about managing armies vs "managing a small squad" in this one.

Fae Tactics, XCOM, and HBS Battletech have a bit of a similar feel as well. I can't really name a game that is all that similar to Fell Seal for PC off the top of my head, even though I'm sure there are quite a few FFT-like indie TBS games out there.
Console-wise there are quite a number, considering Fire Emblem can probably be considered the originator of the genre in a lot of respects.
