Stunning Strike...
So just want to put this out here what exactly does this do? It seems to only work if used on an enemy who has a turn within a couple of your current turn. Could this be explained in more detail?

We might end up changing that if it's not intuitive enough for players.

I don't recall the exact numbers, but the point is that [Stunning Strike] reduces the initiative of the target to where they take their turn slower. It certain does work on people who are "further away" on the turn counter.

Right I can understand that. I guess what I'm asking is how come when I use it on enemies sometimes their next turn doesn't move at all?

Ok thanks thats great, I suggest maybe defining it more in game though, or perhaps showing the 'CT' (in terms of FFT) somehow in the turn bar and changing the description to help match what the effect does would probably be my favourite.

We'll update the description.
Ty for the feedback! :)

is turn order determined by each character counting down their SPD stat and whoever hits 0 first goes and has to wait xSPD more ticks or is it more complicated?

That's roughly the gist of it, yes :)
