How to collect all the CGs? (end game spoilers)

Still trying to comprehend how to acquire these.

So I'm assuming I beat the game because the credits rolled. Deleted Monika'a file, started over with the three girls, Sayori acted weird, then credits of some CGs being deleted happened along with a song.

So I deleted my firstrun file. I heard something about needing to go through everyone's route to collect their photos to get a "good" ending?

How does that work?
save before first poem > route with one girl, get her CGs > then load the save file again and start with another girl? Will it remember that I got the CG??

I think you just have to play again. I got the same ending too with locked CGs being blurred in a way. I think your idea might work though. There will be videos about this game by now, check one out if you get really stuck.

Yes, You have to go back in time using saves. Like Monika saids in tip number two.

Also, aside from first run, the game would never asked your name again, see what I mean?

Have to say, it's kind of weird how there's no Gallery to look at CGs. o.o Unless my version of the game was super broken forever or something. I ended up just having to remember the images I'd seen.

if you're a lazy bastard like me, you can also add the following line:

renpy.game.persistent.clear = [True, True, True, True, True, True, True, True, True, True]
somewhere in the ./renpy/main.py

if you're even lazier to start your game from the very start, you can also add this line:
renpy.game.persistent.playthrough = 4

use at your own discretion tho.

fastest in-game method

1st poem = save 1
Lean poems toward sayori (Grief, depression words, "Happy" words) Pick words that are very vibrant or grim but not verbose.
Pick Yuri for weekend hangout.
Choose to say "i love you" to sayori, after you get the CG, load back to save 1.

Save 1 (2nd load)
Lean towards natsuki (pick simple words, colors, clothing, japanese words and food)
Spend the weekend with Natsuki, and move on to the hanging

Leg 2
Lean first poem towards Yuri. Then you're free to do whatever, you'll unlock both Yuri CGs at this point regardless and move to Monika

Wait until you actually see the Monika CG before deleing her file.

Rambling notes:
The poem picking actually has more depth to it than expected. Like Sayori reacts "positively" to suicide, depression and a lot of the super dark words which should've given off some flags at the beginning.

Natsuki "oddly" reacts to clothing but it makes sense once you read through all of her text in both legs and her special poems. Additional bit of flavor there (no pun intended as I just realized she also reacts to food).

Yuri is actually the easiest to identify since her words stand out so much.

I guess what was throwing me off was wondering HOW the game was remembering which CGs I've collected after loading the same save file multiple times. Considering, yeah, there's no gallery to see how you're doing in that regard.

Also, after deleting the firstrun file and starting a new game, it DID ask for me to type my game again.

Also x2: What happens if you hang out with Monika to work on festival stuff? Does she have a CG?

Unfortunately, you can't hang out with monika even if you choose it, Yuri and natsu force her to lend you to one of them.

He meant "Act 2". "Second Part" etc.
Maybe the guy is a soccer fan and choose the word "2nd Leg" because of that, but the meaning is the same.
