How do you get her 'special' poem?
Though this may just be a drastic hyperbole crafted by Monika, since Natsuki seems to have plenty of baking supplies when she comes over to your house. When the game resets for the first time, Natsuki's love for baking never comes up, which leads me to believe that in the first run, she isn't all that unusual.
Honestly though, I don't know why people always go with Yuri over Natsuki, the latter seemed much more interesting from the start imo
There's 11 Special poems in all You get 3 per playthrough. I can post a screenshot I have if you need it.
there are ton of hints that she is being starved and sexually abused

Translation:
Open Your Third Eye
I can feel the tenderness of her skin through the knife, as if it were an extension of my sense of touch. My body nearly convulses. There's something incredibly faint, deep down, that screams to resist this uncontrollable pleasure. But I can already tell that I'm being pushed over the edge. I can't...I can't stop myself.
Which really sounds like the dad is taking advantage of her or the poem is by her dad about natsuki.
That was my epiphany. The foreshadowing was so viscous, I was not shocked. But at that moment, I knew there was no second chance.
In Act 1:
- She hides her manga from her dad
- Uses DDLC as an escape and gets mad when they try to invite more people
- Is very defensive and insecure
- Saves her appetite for when dad is cooking
- likes to overcome low obstacles, conscious about size
- writes bout futility of trying (eagles can fly), and being judged for hobbies (amy likes spiders)
- has strict times when she has to be home
- says her dad would never allow a boy over their house
- papa is one of her poem trigger words
In Act 2: (exaggerated by monika so take with grain of salt)
- passes out from malnutrition, possible height explaination
- dad would "beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of me" if he found her manga
- her secret poem about papa is the most we hear of her dad
- he neglects her, doesnt talk to her, rarely feeds her/leaves her money or food to get it
- she has to dig around couches for coins he dropped
- is never around until night and he is very loud and wakes her up (possible abuse)
- the last line that is heavily emphasized is "I like when papa is too tired to notice me. I like when papa is too tired for anything" (could be sexual abuse)
She never actually dies or anything, the closest is the "play with me" jumpscare. You can't really focus her for act 2 as Yuri's obsessive personality keeps you from others.
