Hello, 10/2022 UPDATE: I have uploaded a new version of the game which has been tested to work on certain machines whose game crashes on start-up. If you are having this issue try opting into the new 32-bit mode : 1) Right-click on The Norwood Suite on your games list and then select the "Properties" menu item. 2) On the Betas tab in the Properties window, select the choice that says "32-bit_mode". 3) Wait for the game to update itself and then restart it. I like this game, but it's buggy as hell. I used the beta because it kept crashing upon start, which worked, but the dx11 version won't open. The game keeps crashing at various, random points, and my saves don't entirely save. It'll save some aspects of my progress, but not all. I was very close to the end, but I'm tired of constantly restarting it. Bummer....

I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed (heh.) but seriously, what the heck is this all about? I was pretty up to date on what was going on until the wonky end. Someone help? Thanks!

So I was having the game crash on start issue and found the 32 bit version fix. That worked great for me, until a little after you open the first gate after talking to the couple. After walking past all three singing heads, the game stutters, then crashes. Unfortunately, I can't use the "dx11" fix version of the 32 bit fix, as that one doesn't start at all. So I either can't start the game with one fix, or can't get past that gate with another. Any ideas / pointers?...
