At the end of the game after pressing the bomb Kill all the zombies. But the door doesn't open, there's no cutscene.

I saw on YouTube that there were 2 butchers and a sniper.
But in my game there was only 1 butcher and no sniper.

Have you loaded a checkpoint? Sometimes there are errors in the game, play the mission again, not from the checkpoint. Maybe this will help. You can also check and verify game files.

which campaign is you are playing?, could be a bug, also depending of the level of difficulty there are different levels and types of zombies
